Executive Leadership Programme
Who should participate in the Programme? This Executive Leadership programme was created especially for directors and senior managers who achieve personal and business success through influencing other people inside and outside their organisation. It causes delegates to better understand their personal impact on others, and provides the coaching and support to shift those attitudes and behaviours that need to change. Why is the Programme important? The reputation and success of senior people is largely determined by how they are personally perceived by others. This perception is created by what they do, how they do it, what they say, how they say it and how they appear. How is the Programme structured? The Executive Development Programme is a process of one on one and group mentoring and coaching designed to produce real change in behaviour which will lead to measurable improvements in individual and corporate results.
The programme itself is structured to allow you the opportunity of practising your new skills in your own working environment, plus time for private reflection upon the programme material and the things that you are learning. The style of the programme is highly participative, involving personal coaching, group dynamics and healthy discussion! Whilst there is strong coaching and accountability, the aim is to build and develop confidence and skill. As a result, the environment is highly stimulating and immensely enjoyable.
