Executive Leadership Programme

"It was absolutely the best money we have ever spent. The return compared to the value gained far outweighed the investment. In the first forty weeks this year, we surpassed our total revenue from last year. We are experiencing the greatest profits in our history as a result of the principles and teamwork developed."Vice President, Contract Carrier Company

Who should participate in the Programme?

This Executive Leadership programme was created especially for directors and senior managers who achieve personal and business success through influencing other people inside and outside their organisation. It causes delegates to better understand their personal impact on others, and provides the coaching and support to shift those attitudes and behaviours that need to change.

Why is the Programme important?

The reputation and success of senior people is largely determined by how they are personally perceived by others. This perception is created by what they do, how they do it, what they say, how they say it and how they appear.
Presence, communication skills, motivation of others, achievement of results and congruence of words and actions are critical to credibility and success.
It may also be true of some senior roles that honest feedback is in short supply which, coupled with reduced time for self-improvement, means that personal development can tend to plateau. In today's fast developing world this can be tantamount to regressing.

How is the Programme structured?

The Executive Development Programme is a process of one on one and group mentoring and coaching designed to produce real change in behaviour which will lead to measurable improvements in individual and corporate results.
Format:

  • 360 degree survey and feedback
  • Pre-course 1-to-1 coaching session
  • Two days group development and coaching alongside other senior executives
  • Second 1-to-1 coaching session
  • Final day group development and coaching

The programme itself is structured to allow you the opportunity of practising your new skills in your own working environment, plus time for private reflection upon the programme material and the things that you are learning.

The style of the programme is highly participative, involving personal coaching, group dynamics and healthy discussion! Whilst there is strong coaching and accountability, the aim is to build and develop confidence and skill. As a result, the environment is highly stimulating and immensely enjoyable.

What will be covered during the Programme?

  • How to improve your impact and influence.
  • How to deal more effectively with varied situations that demand a powerful response.
  • How to gain enthusiastic commitment from your team rather than reluctant compliance, and improved the chances of your ideas being accepted.
  • How to improve listening skills and hone questioning techniques.
  • Personal coaching on non-verbal aspects that can enhance or detract from your 'message'.
  • Greater insight into your personal goals and motivation.
  • How to win greater respect from others.
  • Understand your own attitudes and what they may convey to others.
  • Learn more about your leadership skills and style.
  • How to control your attitude in pressure situations.
  • How to negotiate more effectively.
