Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications and Human Relations My goal was to increase and retain clients/members, implement more income generating projects and provide top end support services to businesses. I started implementing the golden book principles, expecially seeing things from my members' point of view and arousing in them an eager want through forging closer relationships. As a result, I have increased Park Royal Partnership's business membership by 9 new members (over the 12 week Dale Carnegie course period), partly contributing to an overall 15% increase in income over last year.
