Edward Goodman - Sales Executuve

Following completion of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage training course, the benefits have been endless, both in my approach to work as well as my thought process when it comes to clients. I now take a different tack that enables me to react more positively to clients and my objection handling has also been well refined.

The course has helped me to improve my planning skills in terms of structure of meetings and I've developed a greater understanding of the whole sales process. I use the Sales Advantage training as a reference on a regular basis and have set myself long term goals that I intend to achieve using the knowledge I have gained from the Dale Carnegie training.
